CUSTOMER CARE

As an independent artist, it matters greatly to me that every order is a success and that you're 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're less than satisfied, please reach out to me as soon as possible to address your concerns. You can do this by completing the contact form here. I aim to respond to all queries within a day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Every measure is taken to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition but if your order has been damaged in transit, I will request it be returned before I re-issue your order free of charge. Return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.

If the replacement is sold out or no longer available, I will not be able to offer a replacement but will refund a percentage of the purchase, dependent on the extent of damage.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT METHODS

On www.jennholmesart.com, the following payment methods are accepted: Credit / Debit card payments (MasterCard, Visa) or payments via PayPal. Orders will only be prepared once payment is received and confirmed.  You will receive an order confirmation, via the e-mail address you have provided upon check out. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam / junk folder or complete a contact form.

Orders, in rare cases, may take up to 10 working days to be delivered. You will be notified via e-mail of any delays.
