My painting, End of Expectations, was featured in a Virtual Exhibition titled Birds, with the Women in Arts Network.

The Virtual Exhibition Birds, brought together painting, photography, sculpture, and digital work exploring birds as symbols of movement, fragility, attention, and change. Across the show, artists responded to the quiet presence of birds in the landscape and the way small gestures can carry meaning without spectacle.
I was drawn to the theme because it mirrors what I return to in my own work: stillness, observation, and the subtle shift that happens when attention settles. End of Expectations holds that same pause, capturing a moment of internal reorientation without forcing resolution.
This exhibition also marks the beginning of a thread I’m continuing this year. I’m currently developing a new large diptych that will feature birds again, building on the same sense of presence and symbolic weight that they bring into the work.
