What remains, slowly becoming something new.
Time Flies considers change through the passage of time, using repetition and contrast to suggest movement without interruption.
The composition is pared back, allowing colour, rhythm, and circular motion to guide the eye. Time is not illustrated as loss or gain, but as something continuous and ongoing.
This work reflects the quiet persistence of change — how it accumulates gradually, reshaping what remains into something different.
This original work is drawn on Daler Rowney Hot Press 300gsm Paper, in Faber Castell Polychromos and Aquarelle Pencil, and finished in white gouache.
