The figure is still, set within a dense, fertile environment that suggests memory, inheritance, and continuity. What has been lost remains present, now a part of what endures.

This artwork is painted on linen, in the finest grade lightfast oil pigments and sealed using Winsor & Newton Retouching Varnish as well as Gamvar Satin Varnish for maximum lightfast colour protection.
